Existing patients with respiratory symptoms or suspected COVID19 symptoms should do an e-visit through MyChart.
MyChart gives you access to your Electronic Medical Record with Open Door Clinic and Cone Health. The e-visit helps determine if you need to go to a COVID19 testing facility to be tested. This visit is not with one of the Open Door Clinic providers, but it is FREE.
This is the link where you need to go https://www.conehealth.com/covid-19-information/. You should scroll down the page until you see the image with the title “Do You Think You Might Have COVID-19?” Here, you can start an e-visit at which time you will be directed to sign up for a MyChart account if you have not done so yet. You cannot go to a testing facility to get a COVID19 test without an order from a doctor.
