We offer a low copay dental referral program!
Through a partnership with Piedmont Health Services, Open Door Clinic offers a dental referral program with a minimum copay for our established patients. Services are provided by Burlington Community Health Center at their location.
Funds for this program are limited. Established patients are eligible for a one-time referral to the dental program, which covers two dental visits. This allows us the ability to offer the service to as many patients as possible.
Services covered under the dental referral program:
- Dental exam
- X-rays
- Extractions
- Fillings
Services not covered under the dental referral program:
- Root canals
- Crowns
- Partials
- Dentures
- Other extensive procedures
Patients are responsible for any services or visits at Burlington Community Health Center they may require outside the two visits covered by Open Door Clinic.
